The question is all wrong, and betrays the bias behind both the question and the moronic ideologue who posed it here.
No one likes to eat "oily" anything. The correct question is, is the omega-3 oil in (relatively) fatty fish healthful (not "healthy"; that's ignorant. One eats *healthful* foods if one wishes to be healthy.)
And the answer is, of course, Yes: the omega-3 oils in fish are healthful for human consumption.
