HI GQ
What a great idea to write down what you have been eating. If you want to
continue this I will be one of the regular readers, as I intend to start on
induction in a couple of weeks (not earlier due to work etc.)
Keep it up...

Quoted message said:I think I did pretty well for my first day today.
For breakfast I had 3 poached eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 1/2 of an
avocado and a 16 oz glass of unsweetened ice tea. I always drink my
ice tea unsweetened, so I probably won't continue to use the word
unsweetened when posting about the ice tea I drink. For a snack I had 6 oz of ham.
For lunch I had 1 cup of iceberg lettuce, 1 hard-boiled egg, 3 oz of
canned tuna, 1/2 of an avocado, 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing (no
sugar). I had 16 oz of water with my lunch. For supper I had 1 cup of iceberg lettuce, 1/2 cup of raw cauliflower,
1 hard-boiled egg, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Italian dressing (no sugar)
and a 16 oz glass of ice tea.I also drank my 2 quarts of water and I feel great. I actually felt
full after each of my meals and that somewhat surprised me. But, I
feel that I accomplished a great deal today by starting the diet. I
had made sure that I had plenty of the foods that I would need
beforehand so that it made it easier. But I will tell you people that
I have never had to pee so darn much in my life. My husband and I
also went for a walk and we walked for about 1 3/4 miles. I know it
isn't very much but it is a start. Right?GQ
