The easiest way to visualize it...
1) Measure the distance from the bottom of the headset's bottom cup to
the top of the headset. If it's a threadless headset, this point will
be under the first spacer, or under the stem if there are no spacers.
If it's a threaded headset, it will be to the top of the locknut (the
top one).
2) Subtract the length of the frame's head tube.
3) What's left over is headset stack height.
