There are also mixes from Atkins and KETO brands.

I remember one update from Atkins said to add a little alcohol, like Vodka,
or whatever, so the ice cream won't freeze too hard. (I prefer soft!) :-)

I also Bullet and the Hoods is great! Heavy cream tends to go to butter and
not smoothly whipped. :-)
