I no longer care for sweet taste and sweeteners, but I am curious
about something. Can I make "ice cream" from simply heavy cream,
without sweeteners? Would it have a ice cream like texture?

I also have lost my taste for sweet. I use the Bullet blender to make
frozen drinks. I use hood milk and fresh or frozen berries with ice. Maybe a
touch of Splenda if the berries are [censored].

Thanks, I like the idea of using a blender, cold ice, and cold heavy
cream. Will give it a shot one day.

Even better, a blender, frozen strawberries and some mascarpone. I'd add a
little sweetener because most of the frozen strawberries I get are a bit
    [censored], but YMMW.
