    Hindsight is a wonderfull thing but nonetheless the electorate fell for
    the politics of fear, not once either - Tampa, Sept. 11, interest
    rates, fuel costs, etc.. In those cases (at least) apparently,
    according to Howard, et al, only a Howard govt. could possibly keep us
    safe from the sort of people who'll throw their children overboard,
    terrorists who'd try something like Sept 11, rampant interest rate
    rises, even more rampant fuel price increases.

    Twice now Howard has played the fear card and won.
