    Funny you should ask!
    Yes, I did.
My current challenge is resume running, as I've fallen off that wagon this past
month. But alas, today, I got 60 min spincycle logged.

My hyperextending issue seemed to resolved once I developed sufficient
neuro-muscular mastery. My knees were inadequate for running; previously, my
aerobics had been limited to cycling only.

    And the right shoes helped.

So in short, I do not hyperextend any more. And I will be back on my treadmill,
logging in my 3/4 miles, along with my 60 min spincycle again!

    Okay, bored with this topic!

    Back to CERATIVE STUFF!
    Okey dokey?!
Hm? Hm? Hm? Bite. Bite. Bite.
