If you can't admit the theory of Evolution is not perfect, you're no

Evolution can deal with its holes the way the rest of the science
does. The patching doesn't involve religion even when a particular
scientist is religious. In this particular case it is exactly
Creationism that is being peddled, via dishonesty. See, they even
fooled you. It is big deal because scientific progress depends on the
extent of public support. Why there is so much new medical research
now coming from Korea of all places? That's despite all the expertise
and resources in the US. Teaching BS in schools has the same effect on
prosperity as lowering the national IQ by a few points. It doesn't
look too promising when schools promote Middle Ages mentality. These
children will grow up and might become presidents. The current one
said regarding Intelligent Design: "both sides should be taught":
