it is very difficult, and i don't see anyone do them other than only to pass level 9, at least nobody in the US, i also think many people almost get the backwards pirouette by chance after testing 20 times and just happen to get it and then never do it again. i am not saying this is the case for everyone though. There are a few people who can actually do the trick. Most of them i've seen are not from the US though, but some are.
