I do not have time to go to the gym so I work out at home. I need a
goofd routine, I have free weights, a bench and a pulley system.
Can anyone shar a good routine form me.

3-4 sets of 6-8 reps of each exercise:

    Squat
    Deadlift
    Bench press or overhead press
    Chinup, pulldown or barbell row
    Good morning
    Weighted chrunch

Good mornings are an 'advanced' movement. Not a good one to advise for
a beginner, if that is what he is.

    How do you figure?

Seems reasonable for a beginner. Keep it simple and learn a few exercises.
But that may not apply to the OP.
