induction. Mine has not. It is up there around 200 and higher. I am taking
Glyburide. 10mg in the morning. It used to work. Not anymore. Been on
Glucophage. It was as useful as [censored] on Ernest Borgnine. So. Why am I not
showing improvement? Is a high spike normal on induction?
No. 200 is well into damage territory; if it's not shifting downwards very
soon, you need to get to a doctor. I think it took about 3 weeks for my BGs
to go from around 360-ish at diagnosis to something more normal, but there
was a steep downward trend almost immediately I started low-carbing.

heart? Or Weight. Yoga? (I HATE exercise. I live in my head. I just visit
the physical world🙂
Gotta exercise, or you're guaranteeing [censored] BGs forever. Suggest you start
walking, as far as you can without straining, every day. Stretch the time /
speed as you can. Adding weightlifting gives a double benefit. You need to
exercise for 2 reasons; firstly exercised muscles slurp glucose out of your
bloodstream directly, without needing insulin, so it makes your BGs better
immediately. Damn useful about an hour after eating. Then muscle has a
higher metabolic rate than fat, so you boost your metabolism and help the
weight loss.

one is a joke.)
Red wine : ) - no joke, if you have a dawn phenomenon. I use flax seed, fish
oil and a multi-vit.
Quoted message said:6 - What behaviors to develop. How to monitor progress. And NOT to over
monitor.
You need to monitor those BGs.

7 - I don't have a scale. Does it matter?
Well, that depends how you get motivated. Personally, I weigh every day, but
only graph it on Mondays : ) I also measure waist, hip, thigh and upper
arms, because I'm just as happy with a positive measurement as a weight
loss.
