I recognized it as the name of the network ran by the State of
Illinois.
I called 3 numbers and was able to talk to someone who took the IP
address and was going to research who the sender is (probably some
college kid). Perhaps they will find them next week.Just to be sure, I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney
General's office with printed headers and how to find all these
messages. They should get the letter Wednesday, perhaps a week to
start getting some action. If this continues after the MLK holiday,
feel free to start filing complaints with them. I filed with the
consumer protection form, hoping they will route the form as needed.
