What about the food database? Or is that going to come from my head? Do you suggest I memorize all the numbers for all the foods? But, it's ok, I've got a 700 page book so I suppose I can flip around from page to page and then figure out results for the different size servings I may have.

Careful though, the units are US KCals not Canadian.
