I think my next set-up is going to be all SRAM, 'cept for the front der. I
don't want any part of that "low-normal" mess and I've had great luck with
every other SRAM product I've ever used. Don't see ever switching out the
front der though, the damn things just last forever. My hardtail has a
vintage 1994 LX front der and I've never even had to adjust the damn thing!

And Crazy, any thought to your '05 sig yet? The AMB masses are tense with
anticipation.

I think Crazy might be Dan "The Man" Dow" or at the very least they
know each other. Anyone else remember Dan?

I remember Dan from years ago. Plastic Sram has
the best of both worlds. 5.0,7.0,9.0,9.0 L in plastic and for
the heavy metal freaks X7,X9,and XO. The new X Gen- eration comes in
one size fits every size seat tube. Next week I'll have some results on
the X Generation front derailleur after I install ,tune and test it
