    I'm with you - I love soy flour. Started with the delicious soy blueberry
    muffins... then made some great soy pancakes, then some waffles. I'm
    interested in making some sort of tortilla or thin bread out of it. I find
    it delicious myself, and fortunately my husband also likes it. It's also
    basically the only flour that Dr. Bernstein allows. I definitely need to
    experiment more with it.
