|| Luck has it, that during my second week of induction I need to go to

|| pulled off, especially now, with restaurants embracing the low carb

|| I'll be stuck in a hotel with a Bannigan's and I am a bit concerned.

|| Any travel trips? I need a reminder of people's good habits while

I lost most of my weight while living in hotels for nearly two years because
of my job. This was before the explosion of low-carb products and before
any restaurants were doing special low-carb meals. A one-week trip isn't
even a minor challenge! I found it so easy to eat in restaurants - nobody
forced me to eat bread or potatoes or dessert, and many restaurants are
happy to make a substitution if asked. You can find meat and vegetables
just about anywhere. It's up to you to make your choices; they are there in
just about any restaurant.
