Chicago for a week. What a damn challenge. I realize it can be pulled off,
especially now, with restaurants embracing the low carb thing, but still a
challenge. I remember it to be so on my last low carb adventure.I'll be stuck in a hotel with a Bannigan's and I am a bit concerned.
Any travel trips? I need a reminder of people's good habits while
traveling. All ideas will be welcome. Thanks ahead.Best Regards,

My advice is, ask how stuff is made, ask what's in it, don't be afraid of
looking picky or being a pain in the butt. Don't just ask "Is it low
carb?" because servers don't always know what that means. I've never heard
of Bannigan's, so I don't know what kind of food they have. If they are a
national chain with a website, you may be able to get nutritional
information from it ahead of time.
