I'll be stuck in a hotel with a Bannigan's and I am a bit concerned.

Any travel trips? I need a reminder of people's good habits while
traveling. All ideas will be welcome. Thanks ahead.

I have run into this situation too. When traveling during induction, I
stuck to eggs in the morning, salad for lunch, and fish for
dinner...just like most days at home. I don't eat meat, so if you do,
your options will be much broader. Especially in a big city, you
should be able to find the basics. Remember to carry a couple of safe
snack foods with you...mine are bags of Just the Cheese and Atkins
    granola bars. Good luck!
