I think Christ was LC (like all mammals) though I'm not sure if the carbs transubstantiate out of the body and the blood, as served in many Catholic dining/praying establishments.
As for God, since big G is pretty unknowable, I think there might be hidden carbs. Anyone have a carb count for the spirit. I think we could go with the carb count of an angel. (upon further reevaluation, since angels probably eat a diet that is mostly angel food cake, they are probably pretty sugary, but still LC. I think a carb count like oysters might be appropriate).

Sure, jsut go the the USDA website; they have the carb count for the spirit boken out: per whole spirit, per 100g portion, per cup, per ounce and per tablespoon.
