though. Here is a few questions that I have.
I've seen a few on eBay that I'm watching. Will I need anything else
i.e. some sort of cable to connect to the pc, or will the unit on its
own be enough.
Also, are they pretty easy to use,
What sort of price should I bid up to or would I be better off buying
a new one?
Hi there,
I've got one and like it. You will need a cable to connect it to the
PC, so that you can transfer data to and fro. You can get those on
Ebay too, though.
I find it very easy to use, now that I've got an idea of what I'm
doing. The Garmin manual is infamously unhelpful, but if you ring them
up they're very helpful. People on here were able to tell me how to do
the things I needed to learn with mine, though, and I'm sure you'd get
similar help.
I don't know about price. I got mine second hand but unused on Ebay
and paid £75, which was a great deal. I've not looked for a while, so
I don't know what they're going for now.
Good luck 🙂
Best wishes,
