Most out on the general market will do just that - waste heaps. You need to
look for one that is close fitting around the sides of the press, and that
has 'pips' on the pressing surface that correspond to the holes in the mince
grille end, that will push the stuff all the way out too.
OR, just do as I do, use a bloody big knife and some slight of hand. ',;~}~
(Or the fine side of a cheese grater, then cream it slightly with the side
of a chef's knife - it really is quick that way.)
