    That's what I thought, but both doctors I saw said it was a typical
    injury and were not surprised it happened running normally. Even the
    x-ray technician said "Let me guess, you're a runner?" (To which I
    sheepishly replied "not really"😉.

    I'll try to get some better answers when I go back to the orthopedist
    in a couple weeks.

  2. I think an appointment with a podiatrist might also help. Just
    this evening I met with a podiatrist on account of a foot injury.
    My feet are flat like pancakes. He prescribed orthotics for me
    and said he would have them for me in 2 weeks.

    Stupid ass idea. First he has a spinal alignment problem, not a foot problem.
    Second, you are assuming that the orthos will cure you, when you don't even
    have them yet. Premature at best.
