You should probably just go back to reading Bicycling Magazine and focusing on proper nutrition for your next century.
Anyone who has been anywhere near top level bike racing has seen the prevalence of drugs in the sport. Nobody will name names since they all know that ex-racers with no college education have only one long- term career play and that is to stay in the industry. Hard to make a career with people you've just ratted out.
I'm sure that there are some guys who race 100% clean and who do not take anything even borderline illegal. I don't for a minute think that you can find any of those guys in the top 10 at the Tour.
