Dumbass -


He's saying that merely taking EPO won't necessarily make a racer
better. It's all that other stuff too (diet, training, preparation),
all that other boring stuff.

Also after reading the Manzano stuff it sounds like a lot of the stuff
you have to do to evade the controls (like dilute your blood) can make
you worse.
