Scam. I am so sick of fantastic claims being make for "all-natural"
products, with the "all-natural" somehow exempting them from
    regulatory oversight.

Your product is a fraud. It has NEVER been demonstrated in a FDA
approved clinical trial. If it really was "safe and effective" as
you claim, it would already be an FDA-approved drug. Unfortunately,
the U.S. government decided several years ago to exempt herbal
supplements from FDA control. Since then we have been flooded with
outrageous claims touting the medical properties of these herbs.
One would think that the FTC would at least take control, as
fraudulent claims are being made for a consumer product.

I did read just last week about how the government shut down an
herbal tea company for making false medical claims about its
products. The government also seized all its inventory. It's about
time they took action against these scam artists!

I think I am going to develop and market an "all-natural" brand of
weight-loss pills. The capsules will contain tapeworm eggs. I
will market it as "all-natural" and cite "ongoing" studies that
prove it is effective in causing weight loss. There will be nothing
that the government can do because the product is "all-natural."
