  1. Another possibility is that you're like me and have an ammonia buildup in
your system from the breakdown of protein due to a lack of carbs. Up to
58% of protein can be converted to carbs when there is a severe deficit. I
    started taking L-Arginine (6000mg/day) and L-Orthinine (3000mg/day) a year
ago to detoxify ammonia and it pretty much cleared up.
There don't seem to be a lot of us that react this way on LC which can only
lead me to believe that most people don't eat as much protein as I do. I'm
a small person at 5' 2.5" tall and 109 pounds and I eat between 100g and
120g protein/day. That might sound like a lot, but it's only about 25% of
my daily calories so is within the recommended range. The majority of my
diet is fat at around 60%/day.

From all I've read it seems too be either from 'electrolyte imbalance'
or 'low blood pressure'? I am otherwise feeling in great health. I
would add that I've also been taking "threelac" for the past month or
so for what I believe to be sub-clinical candida (based on the fact
that my body temperature is low). maybe it's from "yeast die-off" or
    something?
