  1. I had a Broiled T-Bone, canned whole Mushrooms pan fried with a sliced
up onion. So Shoot me I like canned whole mushrooms. And brocolli
steamed in Chicken granule Juice (I just can't call that salty stuff
Bullion or stock). All in All a excellent meal. And enough leftovers for
    lunch tomorrow. Yum!

I rub black pepper and onion powder on both sides of my steak about 15
minutes prior to broiling and lightly salt my steak just before it goes
into the oven. How do you prep your steaks?

black pepper and salt, with a little oil brushed on. maybe a little very
finely minced garlic, and some dried herbs, but I usually cook styaeks
plain, and put the flavorings in the sauce.

I've been known to use 'em in a pinch, also...

I have three different brands of steak seasoning that I use, pretty much at
random (except one is a bit peppery than the other two, so I use that one
when I want a more peppery taste). They are: Williams Steak Seasoning,
    Bolner's Fiesta Brand Steak Seasoning
    (http://www.fiestaspices.com/?page=bbq_texasstyless), and D.L. Jardine's
Steak Seasoning (the more peppery one -
http://www.jardinefoods.com/item.php?p=72). All made in Tejas and all very
good. Steak prep is pretty simple: just rub (fairly liberally) seasoning all
over the steaks and let sit for 30-60 minutes before grilling.
