You can't use these cogs as seperate cogs. You will have to re-revit them again because the part between the cogs is the part that grips/fits the cassette body (at least for Record this is the case).
Trust a race component manufacturer to come up with a really effective way top prevent custom cogsets!

There are both spidered and interchangeable cog style cassettes in all major brands, Campagnolo, Shimano and SRAM.
