You better check your State's laws, Dennis. *No* State recognizes a right to make a "citizen's arrest" for non-jailable petty offenses. BTW, it's not "your" lane. You just happen to be using it. Keep taking your meds.

Having never heard of Dennis P. Harris outside of this thread, and out of morbid curiosity, I decided to see what you're talking about.
Google groups has no record of any such post, nor even an 'alt.support.children' newsfroup.
