Gosh - I didn't find it quite so hard.... I just bought a bike and went cycling..... :-)

It's only now that I'm trying to go about making a sensible decision based on facts and intelligence, rather than blind good luck (that we both seem to have enjoyed in the past), that I'm having a problem.
