According to Lonely Planet's _Cycling_France_,
"It is possible to ride to the airport: take Promenade des Anglais from
the centre of Nice. It has a beachside bikepath for part of the way;
continue on the track or the nature strip to the airport on the left."
Presumably the directions work in the reverse direction from the
airport to the center of Nice.
