    Hi there,

I am looking for some advice on getting to my new job in the docklands
from Chingford. When you look on the map, it looks easy, but it was a
    nightmare when I tried it.

Mo, you can get free cycle maps from Transport for London.
    http://www.tfl.gov.uk/cycles/routes/london-cycle-guides.shtml
Just fill in the form - they are free.
Or ask at your local Tube station.
Wharf Cycles in Cuba Street have copies, and is a good shop anyway.

Also look at the London Cycling Campaign www.lcc.org
Find your local LCC group, and ask if they can organise a 'bike buddy'.

Docklands is great for cycling. There are routes along the sides of all
the docks, and along the Thames. Great leisure routes along the Limehouse
Cut and the River Lea. Take some time to have an explore.

Also you might ask over in the newsgroup uk.rec.cycling

  2. Thanks John,

    The maps are on order

    Best Regards

    Mo
