Bicycle SA publish a free ride program with rides to cover all levels of
riding. The rides are even graded by average speed and difficulty (ie
flat or hills). You can often find them on the counter in your LBS
(local bike store)

be into flat out riding and although I do like a bit of that on the road
bike I also like taking it a bit easier on the mountain bike. Although
Im not ancient (43) I do like to take it a bit easier and enjoy the
