A lot of good stuff there, but the program seems hard to follow, maybe a little too eclectic. BTW, they have a link to former MFWer Bryce Lane's website.
I don't follow their program specifically, but I train a similar way. just more emphasis on the olympic lifts for weightlifting. I don't do things like a sumo high pull - I don't see any advantage to those weird lifts over [censored] grip high pull, for example.
But since I'm playing both rugby and ball this summer I do a lot of bodyweight and swingbell training. Too beat up for a full-on olympic lifting program most days.
