I'm interested if somebody can provide me a reference to a study that researched long-term creatine effects for periods over 3 years?
The longest I found was 21-months (see below). Will Brink's "Creatine report" mentions 5 years however he references to that same study that was done for 21-months.
Don't recall referencing any study that ran 5 years but mention creatine being used for over 5 years with children with Neuro muscular diseases with no side effects all altered lab values. That came from the clicinal experiences of a Dr. Mark Tarnopolsky who has published much info on the issues. He's mentioned that in his writings. See:
