  1. When I was a kid, my Mom used to make a mousse dessert similar to this but
she used flavoured jello instead of adding Kool-Aid and whipped the cream
until stiff, then folded it into the jello before chilling. It was always
one of my favourites. Unfortunately I don't have the recipe, but I'll see
if I can find something on the web.

Made this today. Wasn't sure it would work. Turned out wonderfull!

    1 pkg Knox gelatine
1 pkg sugar free orange KoolAid crystals
    1/4 cup whipping cream
Follow directions on gelatine Liquid must total 2 cups.
I added gelitin to 1/4 cup cold water. Stirred to dissolve. Added 1/4
cup hot water and stirred till clear. Added KoolAid and stirred
tilldissolved. Added cream and remaining water. It set up well so I'm
thinking you could add even more cream and less water to make it
creamier. Experiment! I found that it was a tad [censored], so maybe less
than a whole KoolAid pkg. next time. Maybe I'll try lime next.

I would think this recipe would work with sugar free jello.
