Does anyone know of where Vernon can get a 165mm triple crank set? At a reasonable price? His tourer - Camag equipped has a 170mm triple - and as Vernon is short of leg, he's wanting to give 165mm cranks a go. Do Stronglight do such a thing?
Try ringing Spa Cycles; In my experience they seem to know about Stronglight and what's available.
Seconded - definitely a good place to try. Also a touch cheaper than some Stronglight dealers, as they buy direct from the factory rather than using an importer.

I just bought a cheap 162mm triple crank from StJS Cycles. Sitting in the packaging at home waiting for installation. They have quite a selection of different sizes and grades.
It should make quite a difference to the pedalling as the current crank is 175mm. I have 165mm on the road bike which is great.

BTW my legs are a short 29inch inside leg.
Pah! 29 inches is at least a medium inside leg.
Not when compared to my waist ;-(

Steph 26 inch inside leg, 160mm cranks
Got my new (162mm) cranks on last night. They feel much better than the 175mm ones that were on before.
the only problem now is that the front mech needs changing. the only one in the LBS was obviously for an oversized tube and would have needed serious shimming.
