    Cranberry Salad

1/2 pkg (6 oz) fresh cranberries
    1 pkg Strawberry Jell-O
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cp chopped apples

Cook cranberries, water and sugar for 10 minutes. Add Jell-o and
pineapple, with juice. Refrigerate until almost set; stir in pecans and
apples. Finishing jelling. I make this every holiday and it's always the
first bowl that is empty! Emmie

I made this last week. It was good, so I'm making another batch for
    the Thanksgiving dinner!

  2. I made something similar for dinner.

( canned whole-berry cran sauce, no extra sugar )

It was 'licious..... but still tooth-ache sweet.

I'd make it again, but maybe with unsweetened pineapple.
