    my other 11 EPO tests in 1999 not produce a positiive?"

    Why? Because you probably only juiced it 6 times. Once before each
    crucial stage of the race. It actually makes even MORE sense that you
    only tested positive 6 times.

    Except that EPO is not a wunder-drug that takes effect immediately, suddenly
    giving the recipient a whole slew of new red blood cells. It takes time to
    work.

    Very true. In my own experience, it took 3 weeks to raise my crit 7 points
    with EPO, 6 weeks to go up 15 points.
