nice video. For me it is easier if i dont go really fast but more of a moderate speed. How long have you been working on coasting? Have you tried coasting with one foot extended instead of on the frame? I just started trying this a couple days ago and I can actually get out of coasting now because it is alot easier to get my foot back on the pedal and to go back into riding one footed or regular riding. Another about having one footed extended is that you can you use it to help your balance.
I suggest that you try going a little slower, and work on foot in coasting and leg extended coasting until you find which works best for you. Basically, you just have to keep practicing until you get it. It can take a long time, but it's definitely worth it!🙂
One thing you might find helpful for foot in coasting is to squeeze the seatpost with your heels. This gives you more leverage and stability. Make sure you have the seat raised as high as it can comfortably go. Also, experiment with various arm positions, until you find one that does the best job of maintaining equilibrium.

Yes. And squeeze your knees together as well, so that the uniycle "becomes part of your body".
