    Thanks for the advice.

    I have been observing myself the last few days and have noitced
    that I was indeed digging in with my toes (while standing). I assume that
    this is just a behaviour that needs modification.

    I have 6 toes (co-joined pinky) in my left leg (which has the cramps). I
    wonder if this is a contributing factor to the behaviour.

    I will keep the group informed of any improvements.
