    You can't argue with success but as I have mentioned if somebody were
    already eating healthy and not eating what they like then they would not be
    in that high cholesterol range in the first place.
    In short you are saying that if they should change their entire eating
    habits in order for them not to get something they feel they don't have. It
    is a silent killer that people ignore and say that they will eat better
    tomorrow.
    If diet works and as you said most of the cholesterol is endogenously
    produced then you can not argue with success.
    The problems with type two diabetes and diet is well documented and people
    still eat and gain weight. What does that tell you?
