" Good advise . Pl suggest some vegetable protien as I am a vegetearian ,
eat eggs and no meat ,poultry and sea food ."
You didn't mention milk, the eggs are a good source. If you eat milk then
whey made from it is an excellent source of almost pure protein that can
be mixed as a drink or added to many foods, like sauces for example.
Make sure it is refined whey that does not contain much lactose, a sugar
in milk, and shows a very small carbohydrate count on the label. I don't
know where you reside, if in n. america there are many foods made as meat
substitutes from soy and wheat gluten protein, this is in addition to
tofuand similar asian foods. In many large metropolitan areas there are
chinese buddist restaurants who have made using soy to create fake meat
foods into a high art, many are difficult to tell from the real thing.
