the pot stickers dammit.Michael
I love pot stickers... Having a hard time finding decent gyoza (sp?)
wraps around here though.

I love them too. I never make them. They never turn out right. I always
buy
them. Dammit, Hoot just scratched the snot out of me. And I just fed her.
She hates me. Maybe if she got a pot sticker she would be nicer. I wish
Steven would deal with her. She loves him. I was her nurse when she was a
kitten. I saved her life. She just hates me these days.Anyway, I love pot stickers with a plain and pure soy sauce. I do not like
them fancy. I am getting into Chinese cooking. I'm not sure if pot
stickers
are Chinese. I have to get some cookbooks and recipes. My wok is ready
though.Michael
Some oriental markets sell quite decent frozen pot stickers. Be warned, some
are awful too so you have to ask around or experiment. One local shop here
makes their own in several flavors - they are a lot better and vastly easier
than any I have been able to make. For a nice dipping sauce, mix 1/4c soy
sauce with 1 tsp each hot pepper paste and sesame oil.
