Hey Jason thanks for the suggestions but I have been changing it up
lately I usually do between 8-10 reps with everyting. My form is pretty
good since I have someone to spot me all the time and as far as weights
I dont want to compensate form for weight. As far as the eating aspect
of it; I am using Prolab Whey Protein drink mix to help build some
muscle. But even with all these things still havnt seen the results I
want. I am gonna try the dips I hear they work for some people. But
basically all i want are my pecs to be more defined and cut. Thanks in
advance for all your help!

I worked with a PT who recommended doing the dumbbell chest exercises (as
well as others) on a fitness ball. So I do my flyes and presses on a ball
(75 cm) and have found the results of the same sets I was doing incline and
flat to be better this way. Not sure if this would be of help or not.
Certainly good for the core."Maz" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
