    Hi everyone

I am having great difficulty working my chest. I have tried dumbel
presses on flat surfaces and an incline and even bench pressed but
nothing seems to be working. I have been doin this for about the
last 6 months. So I need something new and different to target my
pec any suggestions or links that I can use to see results...

I am afraid you are going to have to be a bit more specific. What
exactly isn't working? Are you not able to progress to heavier
weights? Are your muscles not getting any bigger? Do the people at
the gym mock your form? How many sets and reps are you using? If we
had a better idea what isn't working then we could tell you what to
    try.

If dumbbell bench and incline presses and barbell bench presses aren't
building your pecs then there is either something really wrong with
your form or there is something seriously wrong with your workout.
You aren't likely to find exercises that are better for building pecs
    (well, maybe dips).

More likely he isn't taking in enough calories to support muscle
    growth.

    Otherwise I agree with you.
