    What I mean is even though they are beginning to understand the
    role of nutrition and the dangers of refined carbs and even promoting
    grass fed beef they still make absurd low-fat recommendations like
    low/non-fat dairy which is a completely unnatural and unhealthy food.
    The full fat in dairy is one of the things that makes them so healthy.
    they also recommend "low fat versions" of other foods which is
    totally ridiculous considering they are mostly processed, unnatural
    foods. They also promote toxic oils like canola and other
    polyunsaturated poisons. That said they still are on the right track
    in other areas but as is often the case even those on the right track
    can not shake the old outdated and flawed ideas low fat, anti
    saturated fat pro unsaturated fat.
