  1. Hello,

    The guy at the bike shop told me it wouldn't hurt to re-build the rear
    derailur, something about spring tension and stuff. I've never heard
    of doing that before tonight. What is involved? Do you need a bunch of
    special tools? Is it something I would be able to do? Do you get a
    re-build kit or something?
