Hi there and greetings from a danish runner.
Sorry to bother you with a little problem but I'd be happy If you
    could help me.
At the moment I'm on a diet and I eath very healthy stuff and all
that. I take care of my body and usually drink a litre of water before
    I run.
I run 15 miles every other day. So, yesterday I was out on my ususal
run and suddenly, just as I was getting into the last part of the run,
I got dizzy and almost blacked out. It was as if the blood kept going
to my head. So I stopped but every time I started to run again it kept
    coming back.
Now before I go to the doctor , I just wanted to see if there are
anyone out there who has had any similar experiences.

So what do yo say, can you help me ?

So, you are a trained runner, and presumable have been running for a long
time, and you should therefore have already had problems with low blood
pressure or fluid issues. Maybe your diet is an issue, if you are
hypoglycemic. Maybe you've become anemic because your diet isn't as
healthy/balanced as it should be. But for pete's sake, GET TO A DOCTOR.
NOW. It doesn't matter if anyone else has had similar experiences, because
there's plenty of different things which could be causing the same symptoms.
And see that your doctor thinks about heart disease, even if you are a
    well-trained runner.

    Margaret
