Great walk along there yesterday over the Seven Sisters Cliffs following the 'walkers' route of the South Downs Way. Bit misty on reaching Beachy Head, although most was lying just above the sea, with a little rolling over the cliffs. Not as warm as inland, but still a pleasant sunny outing. Returned across paths and farm tracks through East Dean and Friston Forest.

'Mountains or Mole Hills ..... summiting still brings the same excitement'

Cheers Boo. Yes, the photo opportunities were good, especially when the mist started to roll in of the sea. Second time I have done that walk and both have been fantastic outings.

Cheers Bill, it was another cracking day out, although being early (0730) it was a little overcast to start ........ but the mist soon burnt off to give a great day's walking. However, while having lunch at Beachy Head, I was stung (if that is the right term) by a brown hairy caterpillar. Within a minute of it walking on my arm I was covered in very itchy blotchy lumps, which also started on my other arm! Washed it with water but it didn't help and still some small spots on the area.
